1. Introduction

Welcome to Bible For Women, owned and operated by Kawaii, Inc., an AI-powered chat application. These Terms of Service ("ToS") are a legal contract between you, the user, and Bible For Women ("we", "us", or "our"), governing your use of the Bible For Women application and services.

  • Infringing content that violates intellectual property rights.
  • Content that is defamatory, obscene, pornographic, offensive, hateful, or promotes violence or harm.
  • Content that violates privacy or publicity rights.
You acknowledge that AI systems may produce unexpected outputs and you accept all risks associated with AI-generated responses to your prompts. Bible For Women reserves the right, but not the obligation, to review and remove or disable access to content that we determine, in our sole discretion, violates these ToS.

7. Intellectual Property Rights and AI-Generated Content

All content generated by Bible For Women, including text responses, biblical interpretations, and images, are derivative works created by AI in response to your prompts. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use text and images generated by Bible For Women for personal, non-commercial purposes. You acknowledge and agree that you are fully responsible for any use, publication, or distribution of AI-generated content from Bible For Women.

8. License Grant to Bible For Women

By using the Services, you grant to Bible For Women, its successors, and assigns a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, sublicensable, no-charge, royalty-free, irrevocable copyright license to use, copy, reproduce, process, adapt, modify, publish, transmit, prepare derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, sublicense, and/or distribute text prompts you input into the services, AI-generated text responses, or images produced by the service at your direction. The license granted to Bible For Women remains in effect even after termination of this Agreement by any party, for any reason.

Your use of Bible For Women is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and disclose information that pertains to your privacy.

10. Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, and Assumption of Risk

By using the Services, you acknowledge that Bible For Women does not assume any obligation or liability with respect to your health, mental and physical condition, or spiritual well-being. You are solely responsible for your use of the Services and your health, both mental and physical, and any medical conditions and treatment related thereto. Bible For Women is not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, or pastoral counseling.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Bible For Women from any claims arising from AI-generated content produced through your use of the service.

11. Changes to Terms

Bible For Women reserves the right to modify these ToS at any time. We will provide notice of any significant changes by posting the new ToS on the service.

12. Termination

Bible For Women may terminate or suspend your access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these ToS.
